Warranty
Purchases direct from us:
- 1 year manufacturing warranty
- Should you experience any
problems whilst within the warranty period, please contact us directly
- For warranty claims within the
Extended Warranty (Total Cover Plan) or Servicing (Gold Service), please
contact us direct
Purchases from a national distributor:
- 1 year manufacturing warranty,
however the distributor may have provided with you a longer warranty period,
you should contact them to find out if this is the case.
- Should you experience any
problems whilst within the warranty period, please contact your national
distributor
Please note:
Should the item fail within the 1 year period (or longer warranty period if
applicable), we will repair or replace the item free of charge. However if the
product failure is through negligence, abuse or misuse, it is not covered and
you will be liable to pay for the repair costs.
Extended warranty (UK Residents Only)
Within the first
12 months of purchasing a Bath Buddy, you have the option to purchase an
extended warranty, this extended warranty is with ourselves; the
manufacturer.
Our current 5 year extended warranty plan includes:
- Free repairs for breakdown or damage to your
Bath Buddy during normal use.
- High quality repairs carried out by us; the
manufacturers.
- Repairs normally completed within 5 working
days (excludes transit time)
- Next day collection service by DPD
- The cushion will be replaced free of charge
during the first two years of its life in the event of a failure.
Replacement of the cushion after two years will be deemed normal wear and
tear and a charge will be made at the standard rate less a total cover
plan members discount of 30%.
Please note, product failure through negligence, abuse or misuse is
not covered.
